Getting Here

Cornwall Regional MapCornwall is the full-size city along the St. Lawrence River that has everything you could possibly need, and is ideally situated for day-trips to Ottawa, Montreal, and the Adirondack region of New York State. Ideally situated at the junction of Highway 138 and Highway 401, Cornwall is an easy place to find - and to reach!

Driving Directions from Ottawa

The fastest and easiest way to get here is to take the Queensway (Highway 417) east, keeping to the right at the Orleans split. Travel about 30 minutes and exit on to Highway 138 (exit 58). Proceed south towards Cornwall. Turn left on Cornwall Centre Road, then right onto Pitt Street. Proceed South and Pitt Street will take you to the downtown core, filled with shopping and restaurants, as well as scenic Lamoureux Park along the St. Lawrence River. Turn left to access the Cornwall Civic Complex and Le Village shopping district, or turn right to head to Brookdale Avenue for more shopping and restaurants.

Driving Directions from Toronto

Take Highway 401 east to Brookdale Ave. exit. Proceed South on Brookdale and drive past the International Bridge, following the road as it turns east along the St. Lawrence River. This will place you in heart of Cornwall, with the downtown shopping district to the north along Pitt Street, and Le Village shopping district straight ahead.

Driving Directions from Montreal

Take Autoroute 20 or 40 west to Highway 401 then west to Brookdale Ave. Proceed South on Brookdale and drive past the International Bridge, following the road as it turns east along the St. Lawrence River. This will place you in heart of Cornwall, with the downtown shopping district to the north along Pitt Street, and Le Village shopping district straight ahead.

Driving Directions from New York State

Cross either at Thousand Islands or at Massena. If crossing at Massena, take International Bridge to Canada. At the end of the bridge, stay left in traffic circle until proceeding south on Brookdale Ave. Follow the road as it turns east along the St. Lawrence River. This will place you in heart of Cornwall, with the downtown shopping district to the north along Pitt Street, and Le Village shopping district straight ahead.
